There are none profound demands and rules bounded to a membership.


THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS TO SIGN UP:

    A.    FULL ATTACHMENT
            The edited demands and rules are mandatory to you

    B.    SUPPORTING ASSOCIATION
            Circumstances give you less time for your hobby and make it for you unable to participate on a regular
            time, but you desire to be connected and combined to the Union on par time base.
            Off all activities and trips you will be notified and invited.
            Participating to a performance: the clothing and equipment rules are in order!
            Reenactment as an Arizona Ranger a gun is fundamental.


GENERAL DEMANDS:
.    There is no obligation to obtain a full personnel outfit immediately.
.    A try-out period for six months is regular.
.    When you determined to become full attached, you must provide yourself the historical
       correct clothing and equipment before the end of your trial episode.
.    As to visiting other organizations: They can insist correct clothing!
    Those not historical correct may be unable to participate in these events.


 

FULL ATTACHMENT RULES
.    Members are encouraged and bind oneself to have historically correct clothing and equipment,
including the weapons, that match the time frame 1860 - 1909.
.    Only a reproduction of the authentic Arizona Badge is officially recognized.
.    Members must maintain active status.
.    You're 'western assumed name' needs to be one of an historical Arizona Ranger
or a Civil War Arizona Cavalry Men.

.    Fantasy names are not discussible!
.    At all events you must be wearing a historical correct outfit.
.    In accompaniment of your partner, they also need to be dressed in accurate clothes.
.    Female members are expected to be dressed up and act like the ladies of these days.
.    Male members are supposed to know the etiquettes from these period of time and to behave that way.

We are all volunteers and it's a leisure pursuit and our goal is to have fun, enjoy ourselves
and at the same time become more involved in living history events and learn more
about the history of our hobby.

GUN SAFETY SECTION

As a Belgium / Dutch Reenactment Group we have to obey the law
concerning all kinds of weapons in both countries!

The Dutch law forbids all kinds of replica Pistols and Long Guns.
Black powder guns are only allowed with consent as a member of a reenactment group.
The Belgium laws still allows the possessing of replica pistols and long guns, but not in public.
Always contact the organization you want to visit about their rules relating to weapons.

Every member will be held responsible for his weapon!
The Union can't be held accountable for any problem with the law in relation to the weapon
a member is wearing, transporting or posses!
